I don't see anything in the logs regarding how the media_player_proxy image is fetched or associated errors. I have identified tracks that will never display art and others that will always. I deleted iTunes artwork caches, deleted all my music and re-synced, yet that artwork still displayed. Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) Once again, that artwork is not in my iTunes library.
To resolve this, you can make some tweaks.
